01Booking and arrival
How do I book an apartment?
Choose your dates on our booking engine to see live availability and rates, then complete your booking online. You can also contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
How do we get the keys?
There is a reception on site. Our team welcomes you, checks you in and walks you to your apartment.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check-out is from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome. Most apartments sleep up to four guests in two bedrooms, which suits families well.
Are pets or parties allowed?
Pets, parties and events are not allowed. The apartments are non-smoking, and we ask guests to avoid noise between midnight and 7:00 am.
02The apartments
How many people can stay in one apartment?
YAN, SIN, KRAD, KUZ and SDIS sleep up to four guests (one king-size bed and two single beds). SEMMUS sleeps up to three (one king-size bed and one single bed).
Which apartments have a balcony?
SEMMUS and SDIS, on the third floor, each have a private balcony.
Is there a kitchen in the apartment?
Yes. Every apartment has an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a washing machine.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes. Every apartment has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Are towels and shower products provided?
Yes. Every apartment is stocked with shower products, and towels are changed daily.
03Services
Is breakfast served?
Yes. The on-site restaurant offers different breakfast options every morning.
Is room service available?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served directly in your apartment.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site, with a security guard present at night.
Can you help us plan excursions?
Yes. Once you have booked, our team can recommend activities for your budget and interests: quad or buggy rides, desert excursions with a night in a bivouac, hiking, horse riding or a visit to the souk.
Which languages do you speak?
Our team replies in English, French and Arabic.

How far is Residence Chay from Ouarzazate airport?
About two minutes by car. The town centre is about three minutes away.
How far are the main sights?
Kasbah Taourirt is about 5 minutes away, Atlas Film Studios about 10 minutes, and Aït Ben Haddou about 35 minutes (30 km) by car.
